It is a simple process whereby your machines are configured to send notifications to Adventus whenever the toner level falls below 20%.
Upon receiving the notification, a technician will be sent within 1 working day to replace the required toner.
For you, it is a completely hands-off process - you do not need to worry about toner replacement, toner storage and machine down time due to depleted toner.
